Sound familiar?
Many farms have never been properly measured. A GPS map settles it.
- Your papers say one size, but the farm has never been measured
- You're about to buy a farm and the boundary is being shown from memory
- A bank, lender or outgrower scheme wants your verified hectares
- You're not sure where your boundary meets your neighbour's

Questions
Before you book
Is this a survey for a title deed?+
No. FarmMap is GPS mapping for planning, loans, farm purchases and cooperative records. A survey for registering land or issuing a title deed must be done by a registered land surveyor.
How accurate is the measurement?+
We record the boundary on the ground with a GNSS receiver and cross-check it, so the area and shape reflect the boundary shown to us on the day. If beacons are missing, we note it on the map.
Do I need to be at the farm?+
You, or someone who knows the boundary and beacons, must be present on the mapping day to show us the boundary.
Where do you work?+
We are based in Lusaka and travel to farms across Zambia. We confirm the full price, including any travel, before you book.
When is the best time to book?+
The dry season, roughly May to early November. Once the rains start, rivers fill and some farm roads become hard to reach.
